This Ultra III is upgraded! Previous owner put in all of the black hardware (Grover tuners) except the tuner in the bridge pickup ring. Comes with the strap locks — not the strap. It has the nano mag acoustic pickup and Seymour Duncan hot rodded pickups. It can be run electric or acoustic or both at the same time. Also has a USB port for recording straight into your computer. Will come with the case. This guitar is coming with $300 in upgrades that you can use for a lot of different kinds of music.
